In a packed auditorium at Knowledge19 in Las Vegas, UK-based microprocessor technology company ARM Holdings CIO Andy Smith explained how he had a clear agenda for his team – to make IT invisible to its 6,000-strong workforce.

We turned to AutomatePro, a London-based ServiceNow specialist partner that provides automated testing and DevOps solutions, with the goal of helping us reduce upgrade costs by 80% and save $130k+ every year.

AutomatePro holds a repository of a ServiceNow user’s actual business scenarios, and then its test automation engine automatically validates these against a new release. It handles defect management by automatically creating defect records when a verification fails and automates the creation of documentation such as user, process and training guides aligned with the new release.
